The 2026 Regional Field Directors play a vital role in ALWAYS UNITED LLC's efforts to elect pro-worker candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives across the United States. Regional Field Directors will help build an innovative, data-driven voter mobilization program through the implementation of districtwide, direct voter contact efforts. Regional Field Director candidates should be skilled at managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, including concurrent management of multiple Congressional district field programs while maintaining sharp focus on programmatic details. Regional Field Directors will be expected to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and must have access to a laptop and reliable transportation. The Regional Field Director role is a full-time position and will report to the National Field Director and collaborate with the entire ALWAYS UNITED LLC team.
